If you contact us by email at the addresses listed on this page, we receive and store your email address and any information you include in your message. This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties.

3. Server logs

Our hosting infrastructure may record standard server access logs (IP address, request timestamp, resource requested, HTTP status code, referrer). These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes and are not used for profiling or marketing.

4. Third-party services

This website does not load resources from third-party servers. All assets (fonts, stylesheets, scripts, icons) are self-hosted on our infrastructure. No data is transmitted to Google, Meta, or any other third party as a result of visiting this page.

5. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

Where personal data is processed (email correspondence), the legal basis is:

ae Aeonian Engineering Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong. Email correspondence may be processed on infrastructure located outside the EEA. Where such transfers occur, they are governed by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards as required by GDPR Chapter V.
